You can create an account by clicking on the ‘Login’ button at the top right of the homepage. Kindly fill the form with the information required and submit it. An otp will be sent to you with your login details for your records.
You may go through the website and add products to the cart without creating an account but you would need an account to checkout and place orders.

The prices are inclusive of GST if applicable, as per the Government Regulations.
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on rawchicken.in. We have Global SSL certification to ensure that all the payments made at rawchicken.in are secure and safe. Also, RBI has made it mandatory to have an authentication code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which needs to be entered by users during the online purchase.
Your order will be delivered the next 2 hours of placing the order or whatever the slot you have choose The order will be delivered anytime between the next 2 hours. In case, we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration, which can happen due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will call and inform you in advance and take a time slot to deliver.
We are extra cautions in sourcing our animals and birds. We make sure that the meats are sourced from farms which raise their livestock in natural, regularized, hygienic and free-range conditions.
Our products go through rigorous quality check before they are ready for dispatch. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 30 minutes of the product received by reaching out to customer care via phone or email.
If any product arrives damaged, you may contact the customer care over phone or email and we will look into the concern raised. If the product is delivered damaged, your money will be refunded within 48 hours.
In case of refund, will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days.
We have a professional delivery team with proper equipment’s to deliver fresh meat products across the City to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
We charge Rs.30/- for order below Rs.179/-. We don’t charge delivery on the orders above Rs.179/-.
In case of a delay, our customer support team will call you to inform and take a delivery time according to your convenience
As we do same day delivery.we try to deliver in 2 hours maximum. There are 6 two hours delivery slots from 9 am to 9pm . The meat is slaughtered and packed the same day and sent for delivery in order to make sure that only the tenderest of meats reaches the customer’s dinner table.in case of the next day delivery we will deliver fresh meat at your doorstep on the slot which you have choose earlier
In case, you wish any particular time of delivery, you can select the particular slot while placing the order,
Once order is placed, you cannot cancel it.
